REFUND & RETURN

All pieces are custom-made and made-to-order, and as such, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds once production from our side has started.

Please note that colors may vary slightly across screens and monitors, but the actual print will be as close to the original artwork as possible.

Orders that are placed incorrectly or mistakenly and are already manufactured cannot be refunded or exchanged. REDEEM ART is not liable for items delivered that were not intended to be ordered.

If you are uncertain about anything, feel free to email or call us, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Goods damaged in transit will be replaced with the same item but are not refundable. Please notify us of any damages on the day of delivery.

Should an incorrect item be delivered, notify us on the day of delivery, and we will arrange for the item to be collected and replaced with the correct one.

Please keep the box/packaging intact, as these will be required to send any damaged or incorrect goods back to us.
